The Finance Director will join Pamunkey's team in person at the Pamunkey Indian Reservation along the Pamunkey River in King William County, Virginia. The position reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for financial management functions, which encompass administration, daily operations, supervision of tribal employees, policies, procedures, and grant/program management, and ensures financial operations are in compliance with Tribal laws, ordinances, standards, and all applicable federal and VA state laws.

Emergency Management Coordinator
Position Title: Emergency Management Coordinator

Summary
The Emergency Management Coordinator is a part-time contract position that will assist the Tribe’s development and implementation of its emergency management plan/activities. The Coordinator will be the Tribe’s official representative on local, state, and regional committees/groups for the purpose of emergency planning. The Coordinator position is a remote work position from the Tribal Office with the exception of those instances where attendance is deemed essential.
Overview
The Maintenance Technician is a full-time position on the Pamunkey Indian Reservation. The position will be instrumental in implementing the Pamunkey Indian Tribe’s building and grounds maintenance activities. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep of the tribal grounds, buildings and equipment.

The Pamunkey Indian Tribe is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms, museum curation professionals, museum exhibition design studios, and/or multidisciplinary teams with demonstrated experience in Indigenous, cultural, and community-centered museum projects to develop the content and narrative for its Museum’s flagship exhibition. This project will be guided by an interpretive plan being developed for the Tribe and is one piece of a larger renovation and reimagining project for the Museum. The engaging contractor should meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Professional Qualification in History or a related field. The work is to be performed in accordance with the conditions set forth in the RFP.
