Accounting Assistant
Summary: The Accounting Assistant will work with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to perform daily accounting tasks that will support the Accounting Department as directed. Cultural Resources Associate

The Pamunkey Indian Tribe (“Tribe”) is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and experienced septic system technicians for the removal and installation of a septic system on the Pamunkey Indian Tribe reservation, located in King William, VA. This project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and must adhere to strict guidelines, including compliance with Davis-Bacon wage rates and Section 3 requirements. The project addresses the need to replace an existing, non-functional septic system as identified by an on-site soil evaluation conducted on November 20, 2024, with the new system being installed in a location different from the original site.
The submission of a proposal does not express or imply obligation of the Tribe to reimburse prospective firms for expenses incurred during the preparation of the proposal. The proposal submitted shall remain in effect for ninety (90) days from the closing date.
